Does your team have what it takes to be a tiger?  I love the series of advertisements Accenture has progressively created with Tiger Woods, which speak directly to our work.

You could print out some (or all) of these (they are available as full size versions if you click on them) and use them in different ways to accentuate the culture you are looking for (Acentuating Short-Range Culture)

  • Maybe put them up in your conference room?
  • Maybe get them framed and hand them out as awards to the person which most demonstrated that attribute this month, quarter or year. 
  • Maybe use them to assign roles when in brainstorming meetings?
