We are evolving this website as a resource center of content which speaks directly to the changing nature of your challenge in the driving seat of your company, or your role in your company, and your life.  We are thought leaders drawing upon our own and others’ real-world experiences as executives and CEOs, combined with interpreting leading edge research and authors.  We develop practical concepts, models and tools (Jumpstart Your Journey) to help you develop and apply the higher order leadership strengths required.  Other resources include:

• Facilitation
We facilitate CEOs, Executives and their teams, of entrepreneurial start-ups to public corporations.  An initial opportunity assessment will tell us if we should start large with the whole and evolve to the parts or start small with a part and evolve to the whole.  It all depends on our mutual sense of how best to architect a breakthrough journey.  To learn more about our approach to facilitating strategy, execution and traction, read more at:

Mike Richardson selectively mentors and coaches a small number of CEOs and Executives on a personal basis, where he feels he both can provide load carrying support for mountainous journeys and continue his learning journey in parallel.  The mentoring/coaching relationship can be local (face-to-face), remote (by telephone) or a combination of both.
